Do you offer custom SLAs?

Yes. Enterprise contracts include negotiated SLAs with specific uptime guarantees, response time commitments, and escalation paths. Contact enterprise sales to discuss your requirements.

Is dedicated support included?

Scale plan includes a dedicated account manager, priority email support, and quarterly business reviews. Critical issues have a 4-hour response SLA.

Is on-premise deployment available?

We are a cloud-native platform and do not currently offer on-premise deployments. We do offer dedicated cloud tenancy and custom data residency regions on negotiated contracts.

Where is my data stored?

By default, data is stored in US data centers. EU residency is available. Custom residency regions can be negotiated for enterprise contracts.

Does DMHub support SSO?

SSO/SAML integration is currently in development, targeting Q3 2026. We support Google OAuth and email/password today. Enterprise customers can join the early access list.

How long is audit log data retained?

Audit log data is retained for 12 months by default. Extended retention (24 or 36 months) is available on enterprise contracts.
