Cookie Policy
Effective May 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how DMHub Inc. (“DMHub”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website (dmhub.ai) and platform. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They allow the website to remember information about your visit, such as your login session or preferences, making the site work correctly and helping us understand how it is used.
Similar technologies — such as local storage, session storage, and pixels — work in analogous ways. We refer to all of these collectively as “cookies” in this policy.
How DMHub Uses Cookies
We use cookies for three main purposes: keeping you signed in, remembering your preferences (like your dark/light mode choice), and understanding how the platform is used so we can improve it.
We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to track you across unrelated websites. Analytics cookies are only activated with your consent where required by law.
Cookie Categories
Strictly necessary. These cookies are essential for the platform to work and cannot be switched off. They include your authentication session token (dmhub.session_token), CSRF protection tokens, and security identifiers. No consent is required for these under ePrivacy rules.
Preferences. These cookies remember choices you have made on the platform — such as your theme preference (dark/light mode), sidebar state, and language. They make your experience more consistent across visits.
Analytics. With your consent, we use PostHog to collect anonymized data about how users interact with DMHub — which pages are visited, which features are used, and where errors occur. This data helps us prioritize improvements. We configure PostHog to anonymize IP addresses and avoid storing personally identifiable event properties.
Marketing. We do not currently run first-party marketing cookies on the platform. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy and seek your consent where required.
Third-Party Cookies
A small number of third-party services may set their own cookies when you use DMHub:
- Stripe. When you visit checkout or billing pages, Stripe may set cookies for fraud prevention and to recall payment preferences. These are governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
- PostHog. If analytics are enabled, PostHog sets a distinct user ID cookie to count unique users without revealing your identity. You can opt out via the cookie preference banner or your browser settings.
We do not embed Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other advertising-oriented trackers on the main platform. Third-party scripts embedded in your own customer-facing channels (such as web chat widgets) are configured by you and subject to your own cookie policies.
Managing Your Cookies
Browser controls. You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block cookies, delete existing cookies, or be notified before a cookie is stored. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to DMHub.
Analytics opt-out. To opt out of PostHog analytics, click the “Decline analytics” option in our cookie preference banner, which appears on your first visit. You can also install the PostHog opt-out browser extension.
Account settings. Signed-in users can manage analytics preferences under Account Settings → Privacy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove cookies or change the way we use them. Material changes will be communicated via the cookie preference banner or an in-app notification. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
