Partner Agreement
Effective May 2026
Overview
This Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your participation in the DMHub Affiliate Partner Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these terms. If you are participating on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
“DMHub” refers to DMHub Inc. “Partner” or “you” refers to the individual or entity accepted into the Program. “Referral” means a new DMHub customer acquired via your unique affiliate link.
Eligibility
To participate in the Program you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- Have a legitimate channel — website, newsletter, social media account, or community — with a real audience.
- Not be a direct competitor of DMHub in the omnichannel business messaging space (as determined at DMHub's sole discretion).
- Comply with all applicable laws, including FTC guidelines on endorsements and equivalent local regulations.
- Complete the application and receive written approval from DMHub.
DMHub reserves the right to decline any application or revoke program access at any time for any reason, including failure to maintain an active promotional presence.
How the program works
Once approved, you receive a unique affiliate link. When someone clicks your link and subsequently creates a paid DMHub subscription within the attribution window, they become your Referral and you earn a commission on their subscription payments.
Commissions are calculated on net subscription revenue — the amount DMHub receives after payment processing fees, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks are deducted. One-time purchases (e.g. credit top-ups) are excluded unless explicitly stated in a promotional offer.
Attribution & tracking
Attribution is based on first click. If a visitor clicks your link and later clicks another partner's link before subscribing, the first click takes priority.
The attribution cookie lasts 12 months from the date of the first click. Referrals who convert any time within this window are attributed to you.
DMHub uses server-side tracking in addition to cookies. If a user clears their cookies but signs up via an email or link that includes your affiliate parameter, attribution is still applied.
DMHub makes reasonable efforts to track referrals accurately, but we cannot guarantee 100% attribution in cases involving ad blockers, private browsing, or cross-device journeys. Attribution data in your dashboard is final absent clear evidence of a tracking error.
Commissions & tiers
Commission rates are based on your total affiliate earnings in a calendar month:
- Starter (default): $0 – $499/mo earnings → 30% recurring commission
- Pro: $500 – $2,499/mo earnings → 35% recurring commission
- Elite: $2,500+/mo earnings → 40% recurring commission
Tier upgrades take effect in the month following the month you hit the threshold. Tier downgrades work the same way — if earnings drop below a tier threshold for two consecutive months, your rate adjusts downward.
Commissions are earned on active subscriptions only. If a Referral cancels, commissions on their account cease from the cancellation month forward. There is no clawback of previously paid commissions unless they were earned through fraud or a prohibited tactic (see below).
Payouts
Commissions are processed on a net-30 basis — earnings from calendar month N are paid by the last business day of month N+1.
A minimum payout threshold of $50 applies per cycle. Earnings below this threshold roll over to the next cycle. If you have not reached the threshold after 6 months, we will contact you to discuss options.
Accepted payout methods:
- PayPal (available to all partners)
- Bank transfer via SWIFT (international) or ACH (US partners)
You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. DMHub is not liable for failed payments due to incorrect information. Corrections to payment details must be submitted at least 10 business days before the payout date to take effect in the current cycle.
Prohibited tactics
The following promotion methods are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and commission forfeiture:
- Brand keyword bidding: Running paid search ads that trigger on “DMHub”, “dmhub.ai”, “DMHub pricing”, or any variation of the DMHub brand name.
- Misleading claims: Making false or unsubstantiated claims about DMHub features, pricing, results, or comparisons.
- Cookie stuffing: Artificially dropping affiliate cookies without a genuine user interaction with your content.
- Spam: Unsolicited bulk email, bulk SMS, or any other spam promotion.
- Incentivized sign-ups: Offering cash, gifts, or rewards in exchange for creating a DMHub account (unless part of a DMHub-approved campaign).
- Self-referrals: Referring your own accounts or accounts you control to earn commission.
- Trademark infringement: Registering domains, social handles, or usernames that include “DMHub” without written approval.
- Prohibited content: Promoting DMHub on sites containing hate speech, adult content, illegal material, or content that violates our Terms of Service.
If you are unsure whether a specific tactic is permitted, email partners@dmhub.ai before proceeding. We respond within 2 business days.
Brand & IP usage
DMHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the DMHub name, logo, screenshots, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting DMHub under this Agreement.
You may:
- Display the DMHub logo and wordmark in standard form as provided in the asset library.
- Use DMHub product screenshots in genuine reviews and educational content.
- Describe yourself as a “DMHub Affiliate Partner” or “DMHub Partner.”
You may not:
- Alter, distort, or combine the DMHub logo with other imagery.
- Imply that DMHub endorses you or your business beyond the affiliate relationship.
- Use DMHub branding in a way that could cause confusion about the source of goods or services.
- Register trademarks, trade names, or domain names incorporating “DMHub.”
Upon termination of this Agreement, your license to use DMHub brand assets ends immediately. You must remove all DMHub branding from your promotional channels within 7 days of termination.
Disclosure requirements
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with DMHub on all promotional content. This is required by the FTC (US), ASA (UK), and equivalent bodies worldwide.
Acceptable disclosures include:
- “This post contains affiliate links. I earn a commission if you sign up.”
- “Disclosure: I am a DMHub affiliate partner.”
- Any clear, conspicuous statement that you earn a commission on referrals.
Disclosures must be placed before the affiliate link, not hidden in a footer or buried in a wall of text. Failure to disclose may result in program termination.
Taxes
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes arising from your participation in the Program. DMHub will issue a 1099-MISC to US-based partners who earn more than $600 in a calendar year, and will request a W-8BEN from non-US partners. You may be required to provide tax identification information before your first payout is processed.
DMHub does not withhold taxes from commission payments except where required by law.
Dispute resolution
If you believe your commission tracking is inaccurate, submit a written dispute to partners@dmhub.ai within 30 days of the relevant payout cycle. Include your affiliate ID, the disputed amount, and supporting evidence.
DMHub will review disputes within 10 business days and provide a written response. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in the state of Delaware.
You agree that any claim arising under this Agreement must be brought individually — class action participation is waived.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice. DMHub may terminate immediately and without notice for violations of the prohibited tactics section or any breach of these terms.
Upon termination, your affiliate links will stop tracking new referrals. Commissions already earned on existing Referrals up to the termination date will be paid on the normal net-30 schedule, subject to the minimum threshold.
If termination results from fraud or prohibited tactics, DMHub reserves the right to withhold unpaid commissions and seek recovery of previously paid commissions.
Changes to this agreement
DMHub may update this Agreement at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email to the address on your affiliate account. Your continued participation in the Program after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Commission rate changes will be announced at least 60 days in advance for existing partners. Rate changes apply only to new referrals made after the effective date — your existing referred customers continue under the rate in effect when they signed up.
