Payouts happen on a net-30 basis — commissions earned in month N are paid by the end of month N+1. We pay via PayPal or direct bank transfer (SWIFT/SEPA). You choose your preferred method in your affiliate dashboard.
Yes — a $50 minimum per payout cycle. If your earnings are below $50 in a given month, they roll over to the next cycle. This keeps transaction fees low for both sides.
We use a first-click, 12-month cookie. When someone clicks your link, they are attributed to you for 12 months. If they sign up any time during that window, you earn the commission — including all subsequent subscription payments.
12 months — one of the longest in the SaaS affiliate space. Most programs use 7–30 days. We use 12 months because B2B buying cycles are long and we want you to get credit for the full nurture journey.
Most channels are allowed: your website, blog, email newsletter, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, podcast, Slack/Discord communities, and direct outreach. Paid search on DMHub brand keywords (e.g. "DMHub", "DMHub pricing") is not allowed — see the partner agreement for the full list.
Yes, with guidelines. You can use our logo, screenshots, and product images as long as you follow the DMHub Brand Guidelines (available in your partner dashboard after approval). You may not alter the logo, imply endorsement beyond your affiliate relationship, or create misleading ads.
Paid search on brand keywords, misleading or false claims about the product, cookie stuffing, spam (unsolicited email blasts), incentivized installs, and self-referrals are all prohibited. See the full list in the partner agreement.
You are responsible for declaring affiliate income in your jurisdiction. We issue 1099-MISC forms to US-based partners earning over $600/year. International partners receive a W-8BEN request. Talk to your accountant — rules vary by country.
Commissions are earned on active subscriptions. If a customer you referred cancels, commissions on their account stop from the cancellation month forward. There is no clawback for previously paid commissions.
We leave this to your judgment and your employer's policies. We have no restrictions on who can be an affiliate, but you should ensure promotion doesn't conflict with your employment agreement or create a conflict of interest.
