What if a customer doesn't confirm or reschedule?

Unconfirmed appointments trigger a staff alert in the DMHub inbox 4 hours before the booking. Your team can call the customer, cancel the slot, or mark it manually. You can also configure a third automated nudge for high-value appointments.

How does the waitlist work?
