Supported payment methods
DMHub processes payments via Stripe and supports:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- ACH bank transfer (US only)
- SEPA direct debit (EU only)
Adding a card
- Go to /settings/billing → Payment Methods → Add Card
- Enter your card number, expiry, and CVC
- Click Save
Your card is stored securely by Stripe — DMHub never stores raw card data.
Setting a default payment method
If you have multiple cards on file, click Set Default next to the card you want to use for automatic charges (plan renewals and credit auto-recharge).
Updating an expired card
- Go to /settings/billing → Payment Methods
- Click Remove on the expired card
- Click Add Card to add the updated card
Removing a payment method
You can remove a payment method as long as it's not the only one on file. If it's your only card and you have an active subscription, you'll need to add a replacement before removing it.
Invoice notifications
DMHub sends an email receipt to your account email after every charge. To update the billing email address, go to /settings/billing → Billing Email.
