What are credits?
Credits are the currency for AI-powered features in DMHub. When your AI agent sends a response or the wizard runs a command, a small number of credits are consumed.
Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance. When you run low, you can purchase additional credits or enable auto-recharge.
Credit consumption rates
| Feature | Credits used |
|---|---|
| AI agent response | 5 credits |
| Wizard action | 10 credits |
| Knowledge base search (per query) | 2 credits |
| AI message draft | 3 credits |
| Sentiment analysis | 1 credit |
Checking your balance
Go to /credits to see:
- Current balance
- Usage breakdown by feature
- Transaction history
- Auto-recharge settings
The credits widget also appears in the top navigation bar — it shows your balance and turns amber when below 100 credits.
Purchasing credits
- Go to /credits → Buy Credits
- Choose a credit package:
| Package | Credits | Price | Per-credit cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 500 | $9 | $0.018 |
| Pro | 2,500 | $39 | $0.016 |
| Business | 10,000 | $129 | $0.013 |
| Enterprise | 50,000 | $499 | $0.010 |
Credits are added instantly after payment.
Auto-recharge
To avoid service interruptions, enable auto-recharge:
- Go to /credits → Auto-recharge Settings
- Set a threshold (e.g., 100 credits)
- Set a recharge amount (e.g., 500 credits)
- Confirm your payment method
When your balance drops to the threshold, DMHub automatically charges your card and adds the recharge amount.
Credits and your plan
Credits are in addition to your plan features. Your plan controls what features you can use; credits control how much AI usage you can consume. Unused credits roll over month to month — they don't expire.
